Make sure a Certified Arborist meets with you otherwise youre only guaranted a hack just after your money...yeah..money nothing else

They just had a top rating on Angie's List. So I used them. They were a little slow on some things. Some other people were lower priced. They did great work. The only thing they messed up on is, they trimmed some trees back too far. It was probably good for the trees but not good for the look.

The work was done on time.  While they were performing the work, I noticed they were not adding much garden soil, which was part of the bid, due to my pasture being clay.  I began trying to reach Billy the owner.  They did not properly clean up after the project and they left some of their property. 
They did not leave any instructions on how to care for the trees and multiple attempts to get this information resulted in no calls back. 
The trees began to grow crooked, I again attempted to call and have them get their property, give me instructions and evaluate the trees that were growing crooked.  Again, no call back.
One of the trees began to die.  Called and left many messages both on the office phone and the cell phone. No calls back.  My Sweetheart Bill called and he did get some attention.  They came to the house. They picked up their property, they said I had cared for the trees incorrectly and said they would replace the tree.
When the new tree arrived it looked very ill.  They did plant it, but the gentlemen were in a hurry and were very rough on the tree. They did not add garden soil, they did not have B vitamins which I was told were critical, and this tree also died.  When contacting the company, they said they would come out, but they did not.

BP broke my neighbor's entrance light, agreed to pay for it, then refused to even return phone calls to their office, to Billy Pyatt, and to their "answering service".  I'm out the $470.26 I had to reimburse my neighbor.

Both jobs were dealing with very large trees.  From beginning to end, I was pleased with how fast they worked and cleaned up afterwards.

They did a really good job.  They traced the front yard to see where all gas lines, cables and sewer lines went; so that they don’t disturb any of those.  They got some heavy equipment in my lawn for about half a day and didn’t disturb anything else.  I was so impressed with everything.  They chipped everything and hauled it away.  Except for the two bare spots, you will never know anyone was here.  The price was  very good.  They showed up early for the appointment.

Terrible!  I feel like I was ripped off.

Their office staff was unorganized, but the work was fine. Bill, the owner, said that he would come out to supervise and check. I don?t think he ever showed up. The person who came out was very nice, though. Their price was a little high.

I received four estimates to have my tree trimmed. BP Tree Services gave me a written estimate listing everything they would do, a copy of the companies? workman?s compensation insurance and liability insurance. This was very important to me. Bill took the time to explain and answer all my questions. He is very professional. The only negative to say is, I called late Friday evening (around 4:15 p.m.), and told the secretary that I wanted to schedule an appointment to have the work done. She said she would have Bill call me back, which he did not. The workers showed up at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday to do the work. Luckily, I was home. They did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris from the trimming. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely, very well pleased with the work.

A good job was overshadowed by the fact that the crew left large tree limbs tossed on the ground over the fence by our creek in a heavily wooded area near Arden Arcade and Chicken Ranch Slough. We tried to contact Mr. Pyatt by phone about 7 times and left messages and never got a call back. We then started leaving messages that we were reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. This created floods in the winter and these heavy logs will fall down into the creek and stop it up. We are unable to lift these logs ourselves so we are stuck and will have to pay someone to clean up this mess.

Crew of three arrived and performed areas listed favorably except for removing dead twigs and branches. Contacted Bill who came and saw the hanging dead twigs. Bill indicated the crew would come by in 2/3 weeks and remove them-never completed. Customer no service on completion of work agreed to by owner. Would not recommend, nor re-hire.

WE FEEL HE WAS COMPLETELY OVERPRICED AND THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY REASON WE WOULDN'T USE HIM AGAIN. THE SALESMAN WAS FAR TOO AGGRESSIVE FOR OUR TASTE. HE DID A GOOD JOB DOING THE TRIMMING AND CLEANING UP.
