Bob was the only bidder that actually looked at the sprinkler valve box after I described some of the problems we were having with the lawn. He wasn't the lowest or highest bidder either. He works afternoons into the early evening which takes some getting used to but he definitely gets the job done!"

Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price.
