The representative looked at the trees and told me that my gardener had been doing a good job pruning, and that it would be best to let him continue, and wait another year. He was interested in protecting the health of the trees, not just a quick profit like other companies had been. This is the sign of a true professional. When the trees get overgrown, I will only contact them."

I forgot to mention about some branches growing into my crêpe myrtle bush. They gladly came back in a few days and took her took care of it at no charge.
