This was a complex landscape project as it had a steep uphill slope with a 6 foot retaining wall adjacent to the back of the pool. Paul’s professionalism was absolutely top-notch and extremely comforting through out the entire process. We can’t speak enough about Paul’s expertise and experience through the process. "I used LD Tree Care for removing a tree and trimming mistletoe from another one. They did a fine job, but broke several pots, broke a chair, and left many large branches in the yard. They asked me to send a picture of the broken chair, so I did, but they never replied. I subsequently asked them for a bid on another tree. Without even sending a bid, they replied to me that they had applied for a permit from the city. I told them not to do that. That I had not authorized that. They did not reply. They eventually send a bid that was almost twice the price of another firm. When the other firm tried to get a permit, they were informed that LD Tree Care had already applied for one, and the city would not accept a new one. This was completely unauthorized. Even if it was a mistake or misunderstanding, they could have withdrawn the application. I called them and texted them and they never responded. This is not a trustworthy company."

I shopped around for my synthetic turf at a few other companies before I found Foothill turf and was very happy with their quote compared to other companies and the 18 month interest free financing made my decision a no brainer. In the end I ended up with a top notch yard with an amazing product that looked miles better than most other turf yards I have seen. "This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "

"Job went well, Bob is very creative and did all of the work with a limited crew so he was very hands on. We lost a large oak during the storm and the tree company damaged the yard since it was wet, in getting the tree out. Decided to replace the lawn and redesign the space. Bob was the only bidder that actually looked at the sprinkler valve box after I described some of the problems we were having with the lawn. He wasn't the lowest or highest bidder either. He works afternoons into the early evening which takes some getting used to but he definitely gets the job done!"
