I forgot to mention about some branches growing into my crêpe myrtle bush. They gladly came back in a few days and took her took care of it at no charge. The representative looked at the trees and told me that my gardener had been doing a good job pruning, and that it would be best to let him continue, and wait another year. They kept me up to date with everything going on regarding my appointment (weather issues). They were always available and took my payment over the phone once the job was completed.
