NR HVAC

I contracted with NR Hvac to install two mini-split heat pumps. They gave me a very good quote for the work. The technicians were both outstanding, especially the lead technician Augustine Linares. I'm a licensed engineer and have inspected the work of hundreds of contractors over the years. Mr. Linares is at the top of the list. He is clear, precise and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Linares.

The thermocouple wire on my Whirlpool water heater was worn out and Frank Sanchez came over on a Sunday morning (3/23/2025) to fix it. I bought a replacement thermocouple (approx $20) the day before from a local appliance parts dealer and Frank installed it. Cost to install the new thermocouple wire was $200. Frank was knowledgeable, competent and fast and I haven't had any more problems with the water heater since then. I'm a happy customer. Thank you Frank!!!

I chose NR because of their high rating, since I had no idea who to go to for my heater issues. They did not disappoint. They called before they arrived, letting me know their exact arrival time. They came in, quickly discovered the issues and resolved them. They didn’t try to over sell me. They were super friendly and very well trained. I would definitely invite them back in the future.

NR HVAC just finished up a brand new AC system install at my house and I couldn't be happier with the results. The whole team was clean, courteous, professional and efficient. The workmanship was great and they left everything they touched in a better condition than it was before. Would recommend them to anyone.

Response to request was very prompt. Technician was very thorough and explained all aspects of repair. Repair was done very efficiently.

Called and discussed the job right away. Gave me approximate numbers that were fair, and I added some more work. I sent photos, he gave me a proposal then scheduled for Monday morning. His apprentice was here early and got set up for the job. I was impressed and added a couple other small projects to the job. AND, unlike many, they swept up and cleaned up afterward beyond what I normally see. Total project, water heater, expansion tank, Washer water bibs, replace a couple outdoor faucets and pressure regulator as well as installed a new sink faucet (which ended up needing new valves as well they were so old) Thank Noel and Brian for a great job.

Very profesional . Was able to find the issue and repair the unit , got it running the same day.
