"Brian Higgins the owner, was very thorough and considerate. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. He eliminated the dead rats at were in the attic and under the house. He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity . He is a very pleasant guy and I would highly recommend using him again if needed .R Blecher"

"Update: I talked to Mark, got hold of him and he apparently had an emergency situation and couldn't come back to me. He came in and did an amazing job. For now we don't see Rodents anymore. He helped us clean garage as a bonus to customer satisfaction. There is no way you can reach their customer service. It takes several calls and days to get any response. They are very responsive till they get business and money. My take is they are only getting business and never doing all the work they promised. This company will almost get you instantly same day because they are not doing work for already signed up customers. There is a reason other companies take a couple of days time before they can show up. I hired them for one time rodent infestation removal and one year contract for pest control sprays every month after initial spray. I was told I have to pay before they start work. I wrote a $2000 check in exchange for few traps and Bait. While we did get one rat and possibly some that ate bait outside and it helped. They promised to show up every week and change traps till they catch all and also seal all openings into house after 4 weeks. So far I have one visit after the signup visit that helped but no response there after. They do know how to handle situation, I wish they were proactive considering the fact they are hired to eliminate rodent infestation as early as possible and so why customers are paying that heavy price tag."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"We were impressed with Hi-Tech Termite Control from start to finish. We had 3 estimates for termite treatment for our home. All 3 reported the same thing - subterranean termites - yet Hi-Tech seemed to offer the best deal. Their price was the least expensive, yet they were the only ones who guaranteed their work for 3 years, to include 3 yearly inspections following the date of service. Of course, any evidence of termites during this period would be eradicated by them at no cost. Great peace of mind. They were timely and professional in all interactions. So far, we are quite impressed and would definitely use them again.
