He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity . "Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

All 3 reported the same thing - subterranean termites - yet Hi-Tech seemed to offer the best deal.
