"I used TLC from 1995-2000 before I moved out of the area.  When I returned in 2003, I immediately reconnected with TLC, and they have been cleaning my house since then.  The service is reliable, and the cleaners are professional.  Patti Silva, the owner, always lets me know if the regular cleaner can't make it and asks if she can send a substitute.
