"This is a small company. The wife answers the phone and makes appointments. She was very prompt in returning my call, friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment she texted me when he was on his way so I would know when to expect him. I never know what to expect when someone shows up at my door. One time I hired someone who just stood there staring at me when I opened the door and I had to ask if he was who I assumed he was. Not Mr. Utor. He was clean and professional, introduced himself and handed me his card. He immediately picked up on my bare feet and kicked his shoes off before he stepped inside, which always makes me and my light carpet happy. The repair went smoothly, he had a well equipped vehicle and didn't have to run to the store to get parts like some of the folks I've hired. He asked me about my air filter and took a look at it just to make sure. I'm pretty good about changing it but when he pulled it out it did indeed need to be replaced. I had one on hand and he installed it for me. I didn't shop price at all so it wouldn't be right for me to comment on that other than to say that I feel that what I paid was fair. Professional, punctual, friendly, efficient, a very pleasant experience. I don't hesitate to recommend HVAC-Utor."

So we decided before summer of 2020 rolls around we'd have seen air conditioning unit installed. Since I live in the country, “we got dirt!”! Joe himself over saw the whole process. Highly recommend! PS Joe also sold me a 25 Kilo Volt Solar panel grid. Saves me over $1000 am month. Solar is the way to go! Anything to save money right now."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

"It's hard to put into a Yelp review how grateful we are to have found these guys. I am in a predicament to say the least. We hired just about the worst contractor we could have hired. We did our due diligence but they were masters of the con. What can u do? (Everlast construction - beware!!) The problems with our HVAC system were many. It wasn't installed to code, and was even set up in a way where if it was left as is, electrical fires and/or the previous hvac shorting out due to being wired so incorrectly. The guys at Jazz were able to take an incorrectly installed system, cut out my old one unit and safely remove it, then install a new hvac with all the corrections to every line. What we have now is an efficient heater that works - and isn't a fire hazard. Imagine that! This isn't even the nicest thing they did for us. Turns out, the ghost of my crooked contractor was still haunting us. We could not pass inspection without a hers test, yet the person hired previously to complete it, disappeared off the map. Jazz got a new one going, and spent several weeks tracking down all the people and paperwork needed to do one from scratch. Needless to say, it was unprecedented for them, no picnic, and they did it happily. Never wavered, never hesitated and always called back and kept us updated. I would recommend them to my mother. These guys will do a good job. They have a kind vibe and I have no reservations in giving them five stars and propping them up. Would hire them again. Thank you jazz! Edit: these guys have come By three separate times to fix more issues left by the previous inept criminally minded people at "Everlast construction." All three times, no charge, super sweet attitude and just supremely helpful. Hire these guys."

"I was extremely pleased with every aspect of this repair. My initial telephone contact was handled politely and efficiently. The technician arrived within the half hour window specified. I appreciated the fact it was only a half hour. I had a difficult problem to diagnose and I believe other repairman would have given up and tried to sell me a new furnace. When a new transformer was installed and didn't fix the problem the old one was reinstalled. I believe some other companies would not be as honest and would leave the new part in and say it was part of the problem and charge me for it. The tech was very polite and pointed out a couple of other problems that needed attention, which I fixed myself. I felt the amount charged was more than fair. I would definitely hire this company again."
