Cant say enough! The project was done in one month flat. They knocked down the main walls and created a beautiful open kitchen. He has a system that is efficient and gets all the dirty work executed, straight away. This of course, required new floors, base boards, etc. Basically a new house! I always felt like I was in a partnership with Yoel, as we worked along the way. He was very adaptive to my desired design and nuances within the project. We came up with a realistic budget and stayed very close to it. He also has a good eye for design and decor, which helped me. Most importantly, he works in a very ethical manner, that made me feel comfortable. We are now enjoying our “new home” for the summer!

It is with great pleasure that my wife and I recommend YS Remodeling, and specifically Yoel, to friends and family for any remodeling projects they might be considering. We had first worked with Yoel on a landscaping project for our front yard. After deciding to go ahead with the interior projects, and interviewing several other reputable companies, we sat down again with Yoel and chose him and his company. Yoel and his team were willing to listen to our needs, show us 3D renderings, and to make adjustments based on feedback from us. Although we hadn’t anticipated it, we ended up doing a complete renovation of our ranch style single story 60’s ranch house. Originally our needs included updating bathrooms, flooring, and a full kitchen remodel. When electrical and plumbing issues from the original builder from the 60’s was discovered, Yoel dealt with them without balking, as he explained the necessity of improvements and what our options were. He and his crew were able to forge forward despite Covid and the difficulties of supply availability we were hearing from so many others. The different crews used were timely, professional, talented, and displayed a sense of pride in their work, as my wife often would comment to me how craftsmen were eager to show what progress was being made and the results of their skills. Yoel took care of all of the scheduling, permits, coordinating design elements, and inspections to push the extended project to a timely completion. He continually communicated with us what was happening and what to expect next. Through his guidance in design, materials, and coordinating form and function, Yoel helped usher my wife and I into the 21st century, when our first inclinations were to just do what we had always had presented to us in the past. Based on the quality, efficiency, and price consciousness of the work by YS Remodeling, we also had Yoel fully update our backyard with turf, fencing, and planter beds before the remodeling project was completed. We are forever grateful to Yoel for helping us create the house of our dreams, that we are proud to show off to friends and family, and to dramatically enhance the value of our home.

Yoel and his team did a great job adding pavers and river rock to my yard at a fair price. The work was efficient and the team did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they were finished. When he came out to review the work, I pointed out an issue and he took responsibility and resolved it instead of coming up with an excuse and dodging ownership. That's a rare quality with contractors and as a result, he's earned my trust. Would highly recommend working with him again if ever the need arises.

As good as one could expect but better than hoped, because of Yoel his and commitment to efficiency, excellence with expertise. Finding a good contractor now a days is extremely difficult. I have been looking to remodel my kitchen for years, but never truly felt comfortable moving forwards with ones that I’ve met. By mere coincidence, I found Y.S. Remodeling & Design remodeling my neighbors house and decided to give them a try. Yoel came out and listened to what I was looking for, offering many design options. He walked me through different ideas I cld put into the kitchen, each having different functions. He was very knowledgable in terms of what to do and what not to do.
