I have known Steven for almost twenty-five years, we have worked together on various projects in the Film/Television industry. Steven is a good designer who is versed in many styles and has a full knowledge of period details. He has a sound understanding of architecture and knows how to create useful and attractive spaces; heâ s also a genius when it comes to problem-solving. Heâ s up to date on all available materials and how best to use them. Steven has a strong work ethic and is very conscientious, and his sense of humor and light disposition puts anyone at ease; he gets along well with people. Recently, I had Steven draw up a ramp and a flight of stairs for the front entrance to our condo building, and as expected, he did a splendid job. We worked on the design together, and he prepared the working drawings and documentation. Then, he saw it through the local authorities here in Redondo Beach. I highly recommend him to solve any design requirements you might have.

hired Steven to guide me through a complete rebuild of a 1950's 1200 sq.ft. home into a contemporary 2,500 sq.ft. home to accommodate 2 independent lifestyle with both homes having complete autonomy. Steve was patient and creative in interpreting our design needs. the end result was not only a tremendous increase in the overall value of the community but the design completely blended into the surrounding original neighborhood home facades. Brilliant. The ideas and designs that were implanted today still are current and the quality of the space is still exciting and inspiring.
