It is hard to live with a team of strangers for several months and the overall construction itself is stressful because you have to empty the rooms and still try to have an organized life. But Pristine worked to make the disruption as minimal as possible. The workers arrived early, worked diligently, and cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. "About a year ago we had our frame braced and bolted to the foundation (seismic retrofit) . The Foundation Works did a top notch job with a professional crew at every step. Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house.
