Patricia was very thorough and the gentlemen doing the tearout and install were extremely qualified. Mobile home installatjon is not easy with subfloor problems but they knew what was needed and the install was beautiful!

It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, samples were shipped to me so that I could view them in the room where the work was to be done. The installers were efficient and professional. All this for a very fair price. I'm getting ready to set up another project!

I loveeee my Arbor carpet ( the color carpet we picked). So soft and comfortable on the feet, and what a big difference from what we originally had. The carpenter's that came to do the job were so very professional and hard workers. Patricia was very professional and knowledgeable about carpet, help us in selecting the right fit for our home. The work was great, it's a beautiful floor! But what I'm not happy about is being lied to, we decided not to put flooring in my son's closet and I advised that we were not going to do so. And so I requested the amount to be recalculated with the new square footage, however I was lied to and told that that closet was never measured , when I was in there with him while he walked into the closet and measured it. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for the square footage. I was quoted $1,000, which included two rooms and two closets. I was never refunded or requoted an amount now that I decided not to do the one closet, which by the way is a walk in four by four. I'm pretty sure I should have been deducted a hundred to $150

I had a very small bath floor. No one wanted the job, too small. Until I spoke to Patricia at Floor Coverings International. They came, they conquered the job and now my bathroom is looking great.

The laminate flooring was fine. The people who installed it did not speak English sometimes I had to call Patricia to come to go over some issues. The worse was the corner round... I think that is what it is called. We went from carpet to laminate to fill the difference. It was done very bad. She had them redo it, still a mess, pieces that were the wrong sizes next to each other, paint on the laminate, which she said she would remove. Chopped up pieces. Just a mess. So, she gave me $350 credit to get someone else to do it. I now have decided to have to replace the baseboards because I am having a hard time getting someone to fix it. 3 people have come from Home Advisor and they have been horrible referrals to fix it. I am done with Home Advisor. I am still stuck with a mess, because to remove the baseboards and do new ones is so expensive!
