We want to lower our water bill as much as possible and revamp our yard and get it ready for summer. We decided to hire Motti because we felt he gave us the best presentation of ideas for the yard and his background knowledge of landscaping. We had our grass ripped off completely and remove very old sprinklers. The crew planted about 50 California Native and desert type plants with a new irrigation and removal of a Yucca type tree, with stump and roots. DG and rocks were also installed. "Simon's team did a fantastic job. I had two large trees (ficus and avocado ) which needed to be trimmed as well as clean up of multiple garden beds, catching the lawn up, etc. I met with Simon the first day to review what I wanted done and we met once more the next day to review with his crew. The next day his crew was here at 7:30 am and began work. My lot is 5,000 SF and they did a fantastic job. The last year I have been struggling to maintain everything between work and school so it had gotten a bit overgrown. The house and yard look totally different with the work they did. I'm moving forward with Simon to add some sprinklers to my system and some additional landscaping work that I want done."

I told him I wanted to be fair to my current Gardner and keep him through this month. I told him I was happy with him but he didn't maintain my yard, just mostly mow and blow.
