Complete gut of 30 year old kitchen yielded a collection of problems all of which were handled and solved with the expertise we have come to expect from Nathan Moses and his skilled staff. When a required DWP upgrade threatened to dramatically increase expenditures, Pristine found a way to mitigate a large portion of those costs while still satisfying requirements AND aesthetics. The cabinetry work was superb and the tile work exceptional. We used imported, handmade tiles, while beautiful in their own right, were transformed into absolute splendor upon installation. These are craftsmen. From the under cabinet lighting to the finest (and most level) kitchen floor this 75 year old house has ever worn we could not be happier with the work, the materials and the service.."

"This has been our second positive experience with MF Construction and Design. Mike’s team did an incredible job prepping the house given the significant damage in several areas of the siding. The entire house was caulked to provide an extra level of insulation and protection from weather and insects; over 150 tubes of caulk used on the prep! The project was organized and efficient with workers that were friendly and punctual. The work was completed over a month ago and I am still very impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. As mentioned in a previous review, the workers from MF Construction and Design produced beautiful work while being communicative throughout the process."

"HIC builders is a family owned company, and they did a terrific job at my house. We added an ADU above the garage, remodeled two bathrooms, and did other extensive work on the house. Abraham, the field manager, was responsive and available, flexible when plans needed to change to accommodate structural issues that we discover as the project progressed, and answered my endless questions. The workmen were always on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site every day before they left. "My wood balcony has termites and water damages. So I hired RET to do the job. Kevin gave estimates and recommended composite planks for floor and red woods for railings. His workmanship was very professional and finished on time! On top of that, Kevin updated my balcony to the latest building codes. His price is very reasonable. If you want cheap prices and lousy jobs,hire someone else! Highly recommended!"

"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. "About a year ago we had our frame braced and bolted to the foundation (seismic retrofit) . The Foundation Works did a top notch job with a professional crew at every step. Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house. He asked us who did our brace and bolt job. We told him and asked why. He said he could see that they did a really great job."
