None have been as competent, professional, and considerate as Pristine Construction. Pristine was not the lowest bid, but I hired them because I knew I could work with them and liked the suggestions that Nathan suggested for the plans that I designed. It is hard to live with a team of strangers for several months and the overall construction itself is stressful because you have to empty the rooms and still try to have an organized life. But Pristine worked to make the disruption as minimal as possible. The workers arrived early, worked diligently, and cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. They even worked the day after Thanksgiving. Love the result!"

"I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."

"This has been our second positive experience with MF Construction and Design. Mike’s team did an incredible job prepping the house given the significant damage in several areas of the siding. The entire house was caulked to provide an extra level of insulation and protection from weather and insects; over 150 tubes of caulk used on the prep! The project was organized and efficient with workers that were friendly and punctual. The work was completed over a month ago and I am still very impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. "About a year ago we had our frame braced and bolted to the foundation (seismic retrofit) . The Foundation Works did a top notch job with a professional crew at every step. Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house. He asked us who did our brace and bolt job. We told him and asked why. He said he could see that they did a really great job."
