Installation team was organized & didn't mind my occasionally checking the walls & windows as they progressed, though i did find more than one or two cuts/dents in the vinyl framework, which while being minor blemishes, should have been avoided (whether caused during transportation or during installation). They cleaned up near the windows well, though failed to vacuum their dirty paths from front door to the liv. rm & bdrm (though they did also vacuum up the carport moderately well). Finally, & its not a major biggie but, when they reinstalled the long living room vertical blinds system, they didn't leave it working as well as it was before they showed up. This 14 yr old blinds system wasn't problem free before they arrived so, i chose to let this more difficult to use system remain an ongoing issue/not originally caused by Brothers Home Improvement."

He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. Tony, his son, and Cody were extremely, polite, professional, and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and told me to be sure and call them it there were any problems.
