He asked for a couple pictures via phone, then called me and helped me diagnose the problem and get the pilot light re-lit over the phone. No charge. These are honest and awesome people who I would recommend for any service. I'll have work done in a couple months on the drier vents and I plan to just call them; no competition."

We purchased the unit but had trouble finding a contractor that could manage the detailed installation required -- additional supports in the attic, a steel frame and non combustable chase, then a custom modern looking hearth. We had a photo of what we wanted the finished install to look like.....and not much else. Mike and his team came in and managed the process, and us, like pros. Every detail was considered, they took great care to protect the house from debris and dust during construction and the final project looked exactly as we had hoped for. Mike's knowledge of the fireplace unit and construction considerations were above and beyond, we felt in great hands for the entire experience!"

"Jose, the owner returned my call a few minutes after I had contacted him said he would be out within 30 to minutes to an hour. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish. He did the job gave me an outstanding estimate, and I was extremely pleased with the work that he and his assistant Frank did highly highly highly recommend. I worked in retail over 25 years. Taught marketing for 10 years at community college and will always share positive experiences . Jose not only made my day he made my week. "Unbeknown to the tech, I had already had another company do a "tune-up" 2 weeks earlier, but was told with the heat wave the higher temperature was the best I could expect. He came out and immediately found I had a clogged condenser coil, and after he thoroughly cleaned it, had the air working perfectly before he left. I still not sure why I had to pay an additional 62.50, but at the time I was so angry with the first company, and so happy to have the A/C working again, it wasn't until he left that I wondered why I had to pay the additional amount. I have since left a message inquiring, but have not heard back from them."

"Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"
