"Scheduling was a little challenging as they seem to be busy but it was worth the wait.  I love my new, awesome, fire and ice fireplace.
It provides all of the heat while looking amazing and cool.  It really updated an old, kinda neglected fireplace.  Wish I had done it years ago!
The technician was early and efficient.  Communication went well and he tidied up after he was done.  Even through the heavy, filthy, old gas logs away.

We purchased the unit but had trouble finding a contractor that could manage the detailed installation required -- additional supports in the attic, a steel frame and non combustable chase, then a custom modern looking hearth.
