"Scheduling was a little challenging as they seem to be busy but it was worth the wait.  I love my new, awesome, fire and ice fireplace.
It provides all of the heat while looking amazing and cool.  It really updated an old, kinda neglected fireplace.  Wish I had done it years ago!
The technician was early and efficient.  Communication went well and he tidied up after he was done.  Even through the heavy, filthy, old gas logs away.

We purchased the unit but had trouble finding a contractor that could manage the detailed installation required -- additional supports in the attic, a steel frame and non combustable chase, then a custom modern looking hearth. We had a photo of what we wanted the finished install to look like.....and not much else. Mike and his team came in and managed the process, and us, like pros. Every detail was considered, they took great care to protect the house from debris and dust during construction and the final project looked exactly as we had hoped for. "Unbeknown to the tech, I had already had another company do a "tune-up" 2 weeks earlier, but was told with the heat wave the higher temperature was the best I could expect. He came out and immediately found I had a clogged condenser coil, and after he thoroughly cleaned it, had the air working perfectly before he left. I still not sure why I had to pay an additional 62.50, but at the time I was so angry with the first company, and so happy to have the A/C working again, it wasn't until he left that I wondered why I had to pay the additional amount. I have since left a message inquiring, but have not heard back from them."

"Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"
