"Scheduling was a little challenging as they seem to be busy but it was worth the wait.  I love my new, awesome, fire and ice fireplace.
It provides all of the heat while looking amazing and cool.  It really updated an old, kinda neglected fireplace.  Wish I had done it years ago!
The technician was early and efficient.  Communication went well and he tidied up after he was done.  Even through the heavy, filthy, old gas logs away.

I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish. He did the job gave me an outstanding estimate, and I was extremely pleased with the work that he and his assistant Frank did highly highly highly recommend. I worked in retail over 25 years.
