They responded quickly and were very helpful. The inspection and cleaning took place within 2 days of our call. After the cleaning a camera inspection revealed several problems which were corrected within 2 days. Excellent service, workmanship and cleanliness. Highly recommended, a very positive experience..

These guys did an excellent job! They inspected the chimney, cleaned out old vines, vacuumed the whole thing and did not leave a speck of ash in my living room. I took their business card and will use them again.

Tech john was sharp clean and seemed to know his stuff. Fee for cleaning and detailed inspection good value for money. Inspection also included using video camera on a Poole that lets both see every inch of the inside of the chimney which I appreciated.

Fireplace Freddies was the only shop I could find that would service my old pre fab gas fireplace. It took three visits in the end, but they scheduled quickly, showed up on time, and were extremely knowledgeable about this type of fireplace. I would highly recommend them.

He came out to give me an estimate and he told me what was wrong with my fireplace it was bad so i didn't continue with the fix, but if it was really bad i would of use this company.

I did not like their trying to sell me a very expensive add'l job saying my fireplace was unsafe until a very expensive rebuild was undertaken. I also did not like that both men used the bathroom in my home.

Our technicians are trained to call it like they see it, if they were to not tell you about the repairs needed we would not be doing our job of ensuring you are in the know about the current condition of your fireplace. They should not have used your restroom and I have reprimanded them both for doing this."

I tried to give them as much details as I could over the phone & even photos over the email. Our fireplace seems to be working fine now. The customer service seemed good. I did get a lower price quote from another company, but this one seemed more friendly & seemed like they would be easier to schedule & work with. Since I never hired another fireplace company, it's hard for me to compare rates. It did seem a little expensive, but again I have nothing to compare it to except other quotes I got on the phone. that's why I gave a 3.5 rating for the price.
