The blower motor was making a lot of noise. The technician came out and found that the vibrations could eventually cause a gas leak in our attic! He quickly stopped and diagnosed the problem. He then explained my options and gave me a written estimate for fixing the problem. I could either replacing the blower or replacing the entire furnace (both included fixing the gas leak).  The furnace was 11 years old and was at the end of its life. I spoke to the tech about my options and he didn't pressure me, but recommended replacing the whole unit. I typically don't do the most expensive option, but in this case, I decided to go ahead and do the whole furnace, since it was so old and the entire new unit would have a warranty. They did a great job and I am amazed at how quiet the new unit is!  They even had to do more work than anticipated due to my attic configuration, but honored the original estimate.  They were very professional and a real life saver!  Thanks La Crescenta AC Excellence!

Dave and his team cleaned our attic and then they reinsulated it, replaced the ducts and then installed a brand new air conditioner/ heating system.  They replaced a fan in one of the bathrooms and a fan in the attic. They arrived early each day and worked hard to get the job done well.  While they were working here, I asked Dave if he could replace our stove hood, as the fan was no longer functional. He promptly did this and he beautifully by painting the cabinetry surrounding it. Dave and his crew cleaned up everything nicely and they painted the walls and ceiling where work was done. Dave is a perfectionist; he goes above and beyond to ensure the work is done right. Our heater is working much more efficiently and I don't see the particles of dust in the air that I used to see. I feel like our air is much cleaner now. They also installed an air purifier. We highly recommend LA Crescenta AC Excellence to anyone considering having home improvements done.  We are intend to use them again in the future.

At very short notice, I contacted La Crescenta AC Excellence and they were able to make time for me the very next morning. They were prompt, polite, handled everything in our home care, and we're as speedy as can be. I was really hesitant about spending money on professionals when you can just do it yourself but these guys were so great the money was very well spent. The whole team work incredibly hard and it is amazing how quickly they can fix an entire heating system in a big house! I thank them for always keeping me posted and fixing our system promptly.  

I had nothing to lose so I gave him a call. Well I have to tell you, these guys saved my business climate! He came in the same day of my call. Figured out the problem and got this places warmth back! He even cleaned up the mess around the work area. How many repair companies do that? To me, that's paying attention to the details. Awesome work! I'll be referring him and this company to ALL on my clients and friends nearby. Thankful to La Crescenta AC Excellence, I'll never call another company for our HVAC needs.

These guys arrived on time. Right away found and fixed one problem within 30 minutes. They walked me through their diagnostic test which revealed a second failure, replaced that part and we are warm again. I know a bit about heating and electrical, and they explained exactly what they were finding at each step of the diagnostic. Can't believe how responsive, and how quick we were able to get heat on a very cold night and for all the other heating repair services. Pricing was not bad, especially for a weekend night and 12 hours notice. I would highly recommend these guys!
