Holy cow. What a difference. Got a letter from my homeowners insurance that my roof was a mess I hired Chad for help. Boy he is awesome. Roof looks brand new. I am beyond happy with my results. Reasonably priced, courteous and on time.

Have you ever thought...yeah I could do that myself as save me some money? Well don't!! Hire Chad, save yourself the research on chemicals, tools and time to attempt to try and get it right. Chad is awesome. Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and one who simply delivers on results. My friends were blown away at the results. They did an excellent job cleaning my roof to pass my insurance inspection. They were polite, friendly and reasonable cost. They were punctual and got the job done in good time. They cleaned up after and we're very confident it would pass, which it did. I recommend them for roof cleaning, etc. They were a pleasure to work with and explained everything they were going to do.

Curbside Softwash did an awesome job. Our roof had algae and moss which is now completely gone. They took the time to do it right and made sure the cleanup - spraying down the outside walls, windows, and surrounding areas around the house. Was totally surprised at the before and after pics .Before and after pics that Chad took I highly recommend Chad and his brother for roof cleaning.

Chad and Whelan were great! Easy to work with, thoroughly, and knowledgeable. We are about to sell our one-story home near the wine country in Temecula CA. I hired Curbside to power wash the entire roof to remove the years of organic matter that had built up on the roof tiles ( the pre- and post-work photos are fantastic!) and to soft wash the exterior stucco on all sides of the house. Again, what a difference! Finally, they power washed all the walkways, entrance patios and driveway. The house is now sparkling! Great job boys. Hire these guys…they are great.

Apparently Safeco and Liberty Mutual have started using mold/mildew/algae on roofs as a reason for non-renewal. In the current insurance climate in California, we had no choice but to acquiesce to their demands. Chad gave us a competitive quote and was able to do the job in short order. He and his brother showed up on time and got right to work. They answered all my questions, took great before and after drone shots to provide proof to insurance, and cleaned up my and my neighbors' yards when they were done. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this business. I have used this company twice in the past few months. Once for a rental property in Menifee and then on my own home in Garden Grove. Both times my Insurance company sent a letter stating excess dirt, mold or algae was seen while surveying property with a drone and to keep my policy active it needed to be cleaned by a professional that could provide before/after pictures as well as an invoice and proof of payment. Chad was quick to respond, timely and did a great job. He supplied me with everything I needed to turn into my insurance. I have also added his contact to my phone because when you find an honest & reliable business these days you hold onto them for future use and to refer family and friends when needed.
