There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. Their pricing was competitive, and they offered a different type of roof replacement that avoided the old roof having to be removed. I'd never heard of their process so I researched it and discovered it was widely used, and was particularly advantageous to buildings in coastal areas of the US. Erik was prompt, the crew was great, and the cleanup was spectacular. My only complaint was that I had delays getting my call returned when a minor problem occurred.
