"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Their pricing was competitive, and they offered a different type of roof replacement that avoided the old roof having to be removed. I'd never heard of their process so I researched it and discovered it was widely used, and was particularly advantageous to buildings in coastal areas of the US. Erik was prompt, the crew was great, and the cleanup was spectacular. My only complaint was that I had delays getting my call returned when a minor problem occurred. That said, Erik, Sr came out and took care of the issue. I've had no other problems. Would I recommend the company? I would, and I'd use them again if I needed any further roofing work."
