We had to postpone a week due to rain but Richard contacted us in a timely manner to let us know when the new start date would be. The crew came on time, were very nice, did the work quickly and professionally and cleaned everything up. Richard came by every day to check on it all. We are very pleased with our new roof, patio cover and the whole process."

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work.
