Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews. "Zenith Roofing Services is a top-quality organization, extremely ethical and with highly qualified and professional employees. I called them to repair a small area of our tile roof and after removing some tiles and inspecting the tile underlayment in a limited area they provided a bid for both the repair work and a lift and replacement of a new two layers of underlayment. We elected to replace the underlayment on the entire roof as the existing paper is 30 years old as showed signs of cracking. The crew showed up each day at 8:00 am and before the end of the day swept the perimeter of the house and remove everything that may have fallen from the roof.
