"Eric Young came to my house to provide a quote to replace my furnace. My usual HVAC guy told me it needed to be replaced. While Eric was checking it out I asked if he could troubleshoot it and tell me why it wasn't working. He said for sure. So, I asked him how much. He said $69. I said do it. In less than 5 minutes he found what was wrong and fixed it! Wow. He told me the romex connector on the motherboard (that my HVAC replaced) was installed backwards so there was no power going to the furnace. That saved me thousands of dollars it would have cost had I listened to my HVAC guy! He's not my HVAC anymore. Eric Young is. He was thorough, efficient and pleasant to work with. I will contact Baker Electric from now on if I ever need their service again. I highly recommend them."

His team was effective, efficient, and maintained good housekeeping (cleaning up regularly) as the project was successfully completed. To their credit they were able to address a few minor concerns and resolved them quickly. Finally, even after being paid when we requested follow-up information about the paint specifications to support occasional touch ups they readily provided that information as well. "The recent rains made it clear we needed some roofing work done. As I began looking for contractors, Zenith Roofing Services happened to start work on a house 2 doors from us. I got the benefit of watching as the crew worked on the neighbor's home, and I liked what I saw. I requested an estimate and was pleased to see the level of detail presented in the proposal (as opposed to other contractors), and at a fair price. I signed with Zenith Roofing for our roofing project and am extremely happy with the results. This job included 28 solar panels that needed to be removed, then re-installed. Zenith Roofing was fantastic in coordinating with the solar contractor so that our project stayed on schedule, and with no cost surprises. "Start to finish the entire roof replacement was about 2 days, which is impressive with how great it looks. Now some people might think that it’s expected for the roof to look really good because it’s brand new but I drive around neighborhoods all the time and I see brand new roofs that don’t look great…We added in some vents for the attic (with their suggestion), which I really didn’t think would make such a big difference, but I gotta tell you they have. The temperature difference inside my home has been noticeably different. overall, I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future for any issues we may have and I will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family."
