"We noticed some water spots on the roof and then water on the outside stucco as well. I looked up reviews of all the companies in the inland empire and got quotes from 4 different companies. Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you donâ t want to go cheap on your roof itâ s one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. As is the case with a lot of tract homes, we will probably need to repair other parts of the roof and I know we will be calling Triangle Roofing again. "We had 5 or 6 contractors come out over a 2 year period, that gave us quotes ranging from $900 to $7000. When we finally made a decision on a company (Protecta Roofing, estimate $1500), they didn't show up on the scheduled day, then called me a week later (when it was raining) and asked if they could come out that day to do the work. We immediately hired a 2nd company (SRS Roofing, estimate $1900), who called me the day after they were scheduled to do the work, and told me that the quote was too low and that they would send me a new quote, but never did. I was ready to give up on Angie's List all together because the contractors seem so flaky. When we got Zenith out to do a quote, I was very pleased with Bryan's knowledge, explanations, timeline and quote ($1100). He got to work a couple days later (in between rain), he cleaned the roof and sealed it, and provided us with a 2 year warranty. I highly recommend Zenith for a no bull, well done job."
