They were on time both to do the work and to give the quote. Very professional. Explained what needed to be done clearly to a novice for my understanding. We agree on a reasonable price. I should say very reasonable price compared to the other quotes that I had received. Made the appointment. What's called by a professional person to verify the appointment. The repair person was on time courteous again explained the repair and completed it in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

A little pricey but they did great work! They were very punctual too!

Update: I wanted to come back to follow up on my previous review. Aloha did not disappoint . We are currently having a rain storm and Aloha came through. NO MORE LEAKS!!!!! Thank you Aloha Roofing.

On time and did everything agreed upon

Jeff (owner) was on-time for the estimate appointment and clearly knows his stuff. He provided a realistic assessment of the work and did not try to up-sell anything. He provided me his background/experience and provided incredibly reasonable pricing for the project. After hearing from one company that I needed a new roof (I knew that couldnâ t be true), Jeff approached my roof issue with honesty and integrity, assessed the core issue, identified what would truly fix the main problem and identified other areas with broken tiles to fix that would mitigate any potential issues in those areas. The work was scheduled in a timely timeframe, Jeff communicated frequently to confirm the date and time and/or advise of challenges in scheduling. The roofer was on-time, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and listened to my concerns. He communicated with me at the different phases of the work, demonstrated safe work practices, and completed the work in the time the owner had estimated. As a single mom and homeowner, I felt respected and that I was dealt with very fairly by both the owner and the roofer. I highly recommend Aloha roofing.

I hired Aloha Roofing to do a patch job on my clay tile roof due to leaks from our last storm. The owner was professional and quoted me a good price for the repairs. My roof was thoroughly examined and I was sent pics which showed the condition of my roof. About 3 weeks later my roof was repaired. The weather has been pretty dry so I will give an update on how the roof held up. Stay tuned.

Jeff has been in business for 32 years and specializes in roof repairs. He is kind, funny, helpful and knows his stuff. Efficient and professional. I think the name of the company, Aloha Roofing, is appropriate because heâ s full of aloha.
