"Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

This was during our 2022-2023 160-year series of rainstorms. My basement and garage were flooding and I could hear the sump pump wasnâ t running. Replaced sump pump after finding the correct size. Then it ran but still flooded. He came back, figured out drain was blocked and where. This 60 year old house has had many changes over the years, so that wasnâ t easy. I had a drain backup and called another plumbing company, who came out and cleared my drain, but 2 days later I was back to square one. Frustrated, to say the least. A friend of mine told me about plumbtree plumbing and rooter and their positive experience with them. So I called. I was impressed to say the least. When Josh, the plumbing technician came to the door, he was very friendly and very courteous. He only entered my home after putting on shoe covering to protect my floors. He assessed the situation and suggested that after he clears the drain that he should camera the line to find out why the backup reacurred. After clearing the drain he camera the line and found that I had a collapse mainline pipe. He was able to uncover the pipeline and repair it. Such a great relief to get to the bottom of my problem and have it repaired in 1 day. I definitely got what I paid for the first time around. Cheap is not always the way to go with plumbing issues. Plumbtree plumbing and rooter was well worth the money. Honest, friendly and caring. They went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys"

(Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

"I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."
