I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

We had a leak in a buried plastic irrigation pipe, and so we had to do without water until it could be fixed. Jess installed a copper pipe to split off from the main pipe and added a valve, and mated copper pipe to the irrigation plastic pipes, so that if there were a future leak in the irrigation system, it's easy to shut that off w/o having to shut off the whole house.
