Juan receives very high marks from me. He completed three jobs….install of a new bathroom ceiling fan, hanging pictures, and repairing a wooden sofa table. Each project was approached with knowledge of what needed to be done and quiet commitment to put forth his best effort. His professionalism and strong work ethic were continually at play. In addition, it is important to note how respectful Juan was to my home. He took the initiative to wear shoe booties, he treated all interior space with care, and he was thorough in cleaning up before departing. I was impressed with the quality of Juan’s work and his respectful approach. Based on this visit, I will call on Juan again and feel most comfortable recommending him to others.

My elderly mother needed a toilet repair and Juan responded very quickly. We made a plan for him to come that day but I then pivoted and decided I should buy my mom a new, higher toilet. Juan was able to install it same day and did a wonderful job. He also hauled the old toilet out so we can have the city pick it up (the city does this at no charge). Juan was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Juan was great to work with. He is extremely professional and took his time to do things right. I hired him to help me renovate my new salon in downtown. He replaced my electrical panel, added a water heater, and added new plumbing for my shampoo bowls, sinks, and washing machine. He also made the platform for my shampoo bowls and finished everything on time. I am definitely happy with his work and work ethic. Thanks Juan!

Juan was the first to respond to me in contrast to the other handyman. He was professional and courteous. He gave me a reasonable estimate. He offered that if I needed a more accurate estimate, I should send him a couple of photos of the work to be done. He was running late because of an accident, and he texted me immediately to tell me that he would be late. I appreciated that. He also wore booties over his shoes in my house. I appreciate that as well. That told me that he cared about my house. I needed to have curtains removed so that the patio door could be replaced easily. He figured out that removing the track from the braces on the wall was easier than removing the curtain itself. His work was clean. He did a fantastic job. I would hire him again for any other work that I need!

He secured my HVAC unit to the concrete for me, spent time to do it properly.

He knows his stuff! He is pretty clear on all the details of each project, he’ll take care of each item and then he will tell you what need to be bought or ship to finish the project, and got it done ! ✔️ Electric AC etc ….

I hired Juan from jpservices to repair an electrical problem in my main panel and repair one of my air conditioners. He solved everything very well and at a good price. I recommend it
