They only worked on the rear and never informed us that the front wasn’t included. Months later, while selling our home, a third-party engineer found $189K in unaddressed issues at the front. We were blindsided, lost our buyer, and suffered major financial and emotional stress. Groundworks later admitted they hadn’t measured the front. Their rushed “final inspection” months later felt reactive, not professional. When asked for a partial refund, they refused. We feel misled and abandoned. Avoid."

"We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out.
