"We appreciate your feedback. We have taken full responsibility for this issue and have taken care of you as such. When you contacted us regarding your problem, we scheduled an appointment with you immediately to come back out and take a look. When our tech arrived, He tried to smooth out the overspray in the tub but the finish would not be as smooth, so he recommended we refinish the tub and we completed the job and included a glossier finish at no cost to you at all. Our tech even turned down receiving any additional compensation for the work provided! We do apologize for not getting it right the first time, but we appreciate you giving us the chance to get it right. We hope you enjoy your tub and also wish you nothing but the best."
