"I came home on New Year's Day to discover a puddle under my water heater! Well, it wasn't a total shock; the thing was 25 years old. I called Water Heater Masters that night; they were closed, but I left a message requesting an estimate and continued making calls. The next day, Matt called me back at 7am (I might not have been entirely awake...) and quoted me a price of $1050 for a 40 gallon Bradford White professional-grade heater. That was $300 cheaper than the next closest estimate by a licensed plumber, so I jumped on it. Will was here by 8am and done by 9:20.
