They pushed replacing my old system, but adjusted up the pressure regulator. I decided to replace it since it felt broken. I found the part, and hired them to install it. Then I found someone else who did a thorough service of my tankless system for about $500, not the expensive replacement.

We had an excellent experience with our tankless install with Big Blue. They were able to do the job quickly and efficiently. Very professional service, strongly recommend working with them.

Big Blue was the last to replace a spigot at our house. Conveniently the spigot decided to stop working the day before a holiday (july 4) and it resulted in us having to turn off our main water to prevent some serious water damage. We've tried to get in touch with Big blue for the last 2 days through their emergency services channel and have received no response. 24/7 emergency services unless it's an actual emergency and a holiday! Dependable and reliable unless it's an actual emergency and a holiday.

Outstanding Service

We needed bathroom repairs and upgrades but first needed to have our water main shutoff valves replaced. We received a same day free inspection and quote from Augustin who was knowledgeable and provided same day written estimate as well. He fully described the work scope and what Big Blue could and could not do (eg, not repair any cut drywall for access to pipes). While the parts for this job were not cheap, we received outstanding service and work. Augustine was able to handle turning off city water for the job, and then performed all work as described in the estimate. In the end, we received replacement of both out of date house water shutoffs with modern, sturdy, and most importantly FUNCTIONAL single lever valves that should last another century. Augustin was fast, did outstanding work, and left the work area as clean as he found it. He wore booties over his shoes throughout the job and even wore a mask, which was appreciated as one of our household was recovering from major surgery at home. We canâ t recommend Augustin and Big Blue enough!

Very quick and professional.

Fast, careful and efficient

The customer service team of Gary, Aladrianne, and Paul (owner) were outstanding. Very clear communication across the board. The windows of when the workers would arrive were short and they mostly showed up on the early side. Enrique and Maurice were very clear and thorough in their explanations and work. Can't wait to see my new sub pump in action! I would highly recommend Big Blue and will use them again for sure.

Did great work and did it quickly. It was more costly that id have liked but as a trade I do trust the work and their customer service was absolutely great. I'll take the peace of mind. Hoping not to have to use them again any time soon. But when I do have a plumbing project I'll be sure to get with Nate and big blue.

Quality work, and very friendly and professional

He came on time, was friendly and very efficient. He checked my water heater after fixing the kitchen drain. He was very polte and offered advice on how to prevent this from happening in future. Will definitely call him again if any plumbing assistance os needed. Very happy I chose him for the assistance I needed.
