He fixed a leaking bathtub faucet and after fixing the faucet he re-caulked the shower head fixture and downspout no charge. And, as he was cleaning up and washing his hands in the bathroom sink, he noticed it was draining slow, and the drain had a loose nut. I told him, he did not have to repair it because I knew he had to go to another job but he insisted on doing it. He went back out to his truck, got his tools, took off the p-trap and cleaned it all out at no-charge. Honestly, who would do that? Great guy and I highly recommend."
