"Wilmar arrived exactly on time and took care in taking his shoes off and ensuring all of the work area was nice and clean. He fixed a leaking bathtub faucet and after fixing the faucet he re-caulked the shower head fixture and downspout no charge. And, as he was cleaning up and washing his hands in the bathroom sink, he noticed it was draining slow, and the drain had a loose nut. I told him, he did not have to repair it because I knew he had to go to another job but he insisted on doing it.
