Best handymen near Milpitas, CA

"They did a beautiful and fabulous job. They tore down my concrete back porch and stairs and rebuilt wooden porch and stairs from the ground up. They always came on time. Came faithfully everyday until the job was done. Cleaned up and hauled all debris away. It looks like a work of art. I would definitely hire for future projects. If you want the job done right Fix and Forget Handyman Services is the way to go!"

"Needed several small repairs done under the house. One turned out to be larger than expected. Spencer was prompt to every appointment, provided a through estimate and kept me informed of the status and progress on the project. He provided regular updates with photos since the underhouse area is a black hole I never enter. At the end, his final price was actually less than the estimate. I would absolutely use his services again."

"Great, job well done for reasonable price."

"Good price, good quality and timely completion."

"Yale has helped me with multiple projects - Toto bidet installation, staining and finishing wooden front door, fixing RO water purifier, fixing electric blinds and many more. Very honest and reliable, reasonable charges, high quality work. Highly recommend."

"Josh was professional and very knowledgeable, he has become my go to handyman!"

"Juan was the first to respond to me in contrast to the other handyman. He was professional and courteous. He gave me a reasonable estimate. He offered that if I needed a more accurate estimate, I should send him a couple of photos of the work to be done. He was running late because of an accident, and he texted me immediately to tell me that he would be late. I appreciated that. He also wore booties over his shoes in my house. I appreciate that as well. That told me that he cared about my house. I needed to have curtains removed so that the patio door could be replaced easily. He figured out that removing the track from the braces on the wall was easier than removing the curtain itself. His work was clean. He did a fantastic job. I would hire him again for any other work that I need!"

"Provided high quality service and completed the job timely and professional also followed up to confirm the water leak did not re occur after heavy Rain storm. I will definitely recommend Santiago"

"He worked hard and well. He was intelligent and pleasant."
