Budget Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

The plumber understood the issue and provided right service.

I called around 7pm on a Friday. I was told that I would get a call back in a couple of minutes. Literally 2 minutes later, Patrick calls. 20 minutes after that, they are working in my front yard. They snaked the sewer line and were done before 8pm.  Will definitely use them again!

Better than expected. These guys do not charge enough, in my opinion. I have a forty-year-old house and they find and fix problems like leaky pipes BEFORE they are a disaster. He showed me the old pipe, even I could see the pinholes.
On a ll the jobs they've done for me I have never had an issue with the quality of the work or the price I'm charged. Like I say, I don't think he charges enough. When was the last time you tipped your plumber? This guy is worth it.
Budget is a small shop, and while the owner has helpers, he's involved in every job. He has called me once or twice to push out his arrival time if he's on an emergency job, but I don't mind. My jobs have not been emergency, so it's good that he gives priority where needed. He is generally pretty darned accurate about scheduling and he always communicates if there is a change on a problem.
I wish every contractor were like Budget.

The job took two days and they stayed on it and completed all work very quickly. Some of the items I had requested were not done but I believe that was a result of my misunderstanding what Pat was telling me. Overall these guys were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pat and his partner were efficient, quick and provided great quality work. We're happy with our new and reliable faucet.

They were fine. For the basic job that they came to do, they did. They were polite.

I was disappointed in them because I had a lot of trouble getting them to respond to calls that weren't a total emergency. The first one was in the office...they were not very good in arranging the schedule. We were quite annoyed because he didn't seem to diagnose the problem on the first visit so we had him come back.

It was a very good experience. Their prices were really good and they guaranteed their work. They were here when they said that they would be and explained everything thoroughly like what I needed. They gave me a couple of options and I took the one that made the most sense to me. I was very happy with their work and I have not had a problem since then. Their pricing was fair. It was expensive but I expected that. The quality of their work was good. They made sure that I was totally satisfied with their work. Their responsiveness was very good. They were here when they said that they were going to be and they did the job in a timely fashion. They were always on time.

They got right in and knocked out the work which supported our very aggressive schedule to rent the home. All work has held up great to date.

They were fine. They came in, did their job and left. They left the drain in a clean condition. It was just maintenance work so it was just pretty simple but they responded quickly and came out here. They were actually even a little bit ahead of time.

They were good. They were quick, they seem to be fairly efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and friendly. I think they are quick, efficient and on time which for me is the most important thing.

I've used them twice. I had a plumbing issue and the people who came couldn't take care of it because they said they couldn't get the cap off the drain out and then I would have to call someone to cut the drain plug off. I called Budget Plumbing and Drain and they came and they were 10 minutes and they did it. They were just delightful.

Our house was undergoing external remodeling. All the pounding on the house by the construction crew seemed to dislodge the pipe connection under one of our master bathroom sinks. One evening, my husband suddenly had a minor flood when he ran water in his sink.
Within a day, I was able to schedule Budget Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Since Pat was coming over, I also had him look at the other minor items that were bothering me with our plumbing. He was very professional, kept me updated on what he was doing and the costs involved. I found him to be very reasonable. My dad is a retired plumber, so I liked that Pat was very tidy and tested the new pipe connection to verify that the leak was totally gone.

We would use them again anytime. They were very efficient and very fast. When they said they were going to be here, they were here. They did it in a short time. It was great. I'm sure that their price was very competitive with the other ones. They were lower than everybody else. We kept their card in case we need them.

He is excellent and I would recommend him to anybody. The first time I used him I noticed a leak in the middle of the night. I called him at 6 o'clock in the morning and he was out at 8 o'clock that day. He fixed the problem and only charged me $50. Anyone that will drive out to your house at the spur of the moment and do any kind of repair for only $50 is unbelievable. He went to the hardware store and got the parts himself and didn't charge me for going back and forth. I found him on Angie's List and I only picked him because he was the closest to my house.

They have worked for us many times and we are never disappointed with both quality of work and price

The guy from "Budget Pluming and Drain Cleaning" came this morning right on time at 8:30 am. He fixed it in 10 min! And I got a $25 discount for AngiesList. Highly recommend.

Company takes check or cash, no credit cards. Not a real issue. As Pat said, they charge very low rates and the 4% fees from the cards do add up.

I certainly will recommend Budget Plumbing to others.

Pat did not diagnose the real problem on the first visit and did not tie all of our plumbing problems to the underlying cause until we called him back for another visit for persisting problems.Then it required multiple calls to set up a specific date to return to do the work. When work was performed it seemed satisfactory and he gave me his cell number in case of emergency. He was very pleasant. His receptionist was less reliable and when I recently sent an e-mail for a different problem I got no response. Then I called and told her about this new problem. She said he was very busy and a few weeks out but would call in two weeks to set up an appointment Several months later I was still waiting, so I contacted another plumber who was much more satisfactory and responsive.

They were good at their job and seemed trustworthy. The price was reasonable. I was quite happy.
