I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

He fixed a leaking bathtub faucet and after fixing the faucet he re-caulked the shower head fixture and downspout no charge. And, as he was cleaning up and washing his hands in the bathroom sink, he noticed it was draining slow, and the drain had a loose nut. I told him, he did not have to repair it because I knew he had to go to another job but he insisted on doing it.
