"Want a gas fireplace? This is the place to go. We converted from a wood stove insert to a gas insert a number of years ago. Since then we've needed service a couple of times. Everyone we've interacted with (in person, on the phone, at our home) has been friendly, knowledgeable, courteous (the list of positives goes on)."

"These professionals know their stuff when it comes to fireplaces and chimneys. They inspected the two fireplaces in my 100 year old house and found some issues that needed to be addressed. Quoted me a fair price. Prompt and expert work performed to fix damaged mortar, reduce fire risk. I highly recommend them!"

"Very well. I bought through Angies List. I scheduled myself, as I needed to get this done within the week I called. I talked to the owner, Martin, who was so nice and in the process of moving his shop from Gilroy to Morgan Hill. Because I wanted this done relatively fast, I said I was flexible and could meet anytime, suggesting if they are out near Los Gatos, perhaps they could squeeze me in. He said in fact, he thought they might be in the next week or so, and he would text me. Well, the very next day, I got a text and met his guys and they did a good job. Plus they took the time to show me how the gas fireplace works. I was very pleased. Martin was very responsive continually and kept me posted or had his guys call to update me on time to meet. Martin also knows everything about BBQ's, so if your BBQ stops working, there is no better place to call for that too! I know I will!"

"Excellent. We replaced a wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace. We asked the company to see if they could remove the old tile without damaging it, a tricky task requiring some finesse. They managed to do that very well, and we were able to clean the old tile and have them place the tiles around the new fireplace which required a lot of precise cuts to fit the new fireplace size. They did a great job, and replaced/repaired and textured the sheetrock surrounding the fireplace. The workers were very neat and cleaned up everything when they finished. Highly recommended"

"Randy and his team were extremely professional and responsive. I received a quote immediatly upon conclusion of our first meeting. Randy met with me two more times prior to starting the work - first, to look at paint colors and second, for him to show me a sample. All prep work was immaculate, and my house was left spotless every day. They completed the work a day early, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I will definitely be using Randy and team for additional jobs in the future. I highly recommend them!"

"This was my first experience in remodeling and working with Nathan Weizmann of Goodfellas.  I was very pleased with the work and enjoyed working with Nathan.  He was very organized and walked us through how the process works, timelines, city permits and items that we are required to choose and purchase such as tiles, faucets, etc.  Nathan was excellent at keeping us updated on the daily objectives and dependancies and he was very responsive when we had questions.  We added additional work and had them remodel our two fireplaces.  They finished within the time frame that they initially estimated.  I would definitely work with Nathan again on future projects.
