The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "Joel came and did an estimate for us today. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and delightfully honest. I previously had another company come out and give me an estimate. That company wanted to charge ~$4,000 to remove existing attic insulation and add R38. They also wanted to charge ~$3,000 to add wall insulation. Joel inspected my attic and told me the insulation was actually R30 already and looked to be in good condition. He didn't recommend adding any more. Joel also inspected the walls and it turns out it already had insulation in them. THANK YOU Joel for being so honest and saving us a ton of money! I would highly recommend him (and Bay Valley Insulation) to everyone I know and to others on Yelp. Also, he did write us a very reasonable estimate to boost our insulation to R48 if we wanted to go the extra mile."

They even finished earlier in the day by bringing more help in as I had an unexpected appointment arise. I was shown pictures of the pre and post insulation to verify what was done.
