"Great experience getting windows installed by American Home Renewal. First contact was 6 months ago. I slept on it for a few months and got some other quotes. Chris was friendly as a sales man, Gave me a competitive price and some pointers on fiberglass vs vinyl. I went with Vinyl. Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. I would highly recommend."

"Bay Valley called me shortly after I submitted a request. Joel, the estimator, was very knowledgeable, showing me how the house is built via the garage, noting that insulation did not need to be placed above the windows because the wood support beam filled the area (which another contractor seemed not to know), and mentioning how they would patch the vapor barrier (whereas another contractor said they couldn't repair). The price was very reasonable and he also mentioned ways that I could save money. The installers were very professional and the cleanup was fantastic. Because the house is vacant, I had them blow insulation from the inside and the house hasn't been so clean in a long time. Also they swept outside, cleaning the mess the window contractors had also left. I recommend Bay Valley. They did a fantistic job."

"Joel came and did an estimate for us today. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and delightfully honest. I previously had another company come out and give me an estimate. That company wanted to charge ~$4,000 to remove existing attic insulation and add R38. They also wanted to charge ~$3,000 to add wall insulation. Joel inspected my attic and told me the insulation was actually R30 already and looked to be in good condition. He didn't recommend adding any more. Joel also inspected the walls and it turns out it already had insulation in them. THANK YOU Joel for being so honest and saving us a ton of money!
