"Joel came and did an estimate for us today. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and delightfully honest. I previously had another company come out and give me an estimate. That company wanted to charge ~$4,000 to remove existing attic insulation and add R38. They also wanted to charge ~$3,000 to add wall insulation. Joel inspected my attic and told me the insulation was actually R30 already and looked to be in good condition. He didn't recommend adding any more. Joel also inspected the walls and it turns out it already had insulation in them. THANK YOU Joel for being so honest and saving us a ton of money! I would highly recommend him (and Bay Valley Insulation) to everyone I know and to others on Yelp.
