Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. I would highly recommend."

Joel, the estimator, was very knowledgeable, showing me how the house is built via the garage, noting that insulation did not need to be placed above the windows because the wood support beam filled the area (which another contractor seemed not to know), and mentioning how they would patch the vapor barrier (whereas another contractor said they couldn't repair). The price was very reasonable and he also mentioned ways that I could save money. The installers were very professional and the cleanup was fantastic. Because the house is vacant, I had them blow insulation from the inside and the house hasn't been so clean in a long time.
