Joel, the estimator, was very knowledgeable, showing me how the house is built via the garage, noting that insulation did not need to be placed above the windows because the wood support beam filled the area (which another contractor seemed not to know), and mentioning how they would patch the vapor barrier (whereas another contractor said they couldn't repair). The price was very reasonable and he also mentioned ways that I could save money. The installers were very professional and the cleanup was fantastic.
