"The service they did was mediocre at best and they are not very careful. Had them cut trees down by my house and they decided to fell 1 of them right along the side of my house instead away from it and hit my roof and broke a window when I live in the forest and there was plenty of clear area to direct it towards. They also crushed my garden and fencing in this act. It has been 2+ months and they STILL have not fixed what they have broken and getting them to respond is next to impossible. So if they can't do any damage to ANYTHING on your property I would say maybe give them a chance but avoid them completely if there is a risk of anything being hit, no matter what the value because they won't fix what they break and will leave you for 2 months in the snow without a freaking window and your chimney crushed!!!!"

"My next door neighbor and I needed a major tree topping and trimming to the property line. We took 4 bids on this project. Johnson’s Tree Care won us over with Kevin Johnson’s professionalism and client care. He kept in close contact with us via text and phone. He worked with both our schedules, and came on the date proposed. His crew followed our requests to the letter. The workers had safety equipment, Kevin’s company is bonded and insured, which was important to us. The crew worked continuously and cleaned the site completely, chipping the branches and hauling everything away. Johnson’s was not the lowest bid, but we sensed a quality job. Kevin is an arborist and can « read » the pruning history of the trees. He knows his business. We got our money’s worth and will hire this company again! "I have used Aly's Tree Service for 20 years. They've removed dead trees and planted new trees and trimmed trees. Usually Aly is there during the service and things go great. Usually I give straight A's. This time I asked for pruning and trimming of citrus trees. Aly came for the estimate. He said my orange tree was fine for another year--I always appreciate his honesty. The lemon tree and the lime tree needed some work. They had gotten too large and dense. Workers came out promptly. No need for Aly for this smaller job. After 30 minutes (and $400) they said they were finished. I looked at the trees and they were densely shaped shrubs on a trunk. Now, I know I asked for thinning/pruning. I told them so but they said this is how they always do it and how Aly told them to do it. I wasn't thrilled with this as my gardener will do this same work for no added fee. I told them sun and air needed to get into there and thinning branches was needed for healthy fruit. They either didn't understand me or acted like they didn't understand me as I tried to explain what I wanted. Rather than continue to disagree, I let them go. I called Aly's number and he came right over and looked at it and said he'd send a crew right over to fix it and they did first thing in the morning. I loved that response. The second job done was excellent and exactly what I had in mind. I'm not sure what was going on with the first crew. Did they want to quickly get the job done and not do all the work? Did they really not know what pruning a tree involves? Do some people really like super dense shrub citrus trees? I really trust Aly, but was disappointed in the work his first crew did. I will continue to use Aly and continue to make sure the job is done the way I need it even if I have to call them again to fix it up."

"Ramon and his crew from Nature Care Tree Specialist were very professional and courteous. They provided outstanding service to us. We are very delighted. I approached Ramon for an estimate when they were performing some tree work on a nearby street. He came within 10 mins to give an estimate, suggested various options for pruning about half a dozen trees big and small, before giving an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. They came promptly for the appointment, which, due to a cancellation, was within 2 days. Ramon himself climbed and led charge, pruning and cutting, advising his crew as needed. He would check with us often during the pruning to ensure it’s to our satisfaction and we are happy. They did the work patiently and carefully and did not try to rush at all. His crew was the same. They cleared and cleaned the yard very well after the work. Thanks to Ramon and his crew, our trees now look fresh, beautiful and young! Ramon also came promptly the next day to clear two stumps. He carefully removed a couple of geranium plants nearby before the removal and replanted them back after. He was also careful with PG&E pipe/wires nearby. I should say I found an excellent tree service by chance. Really happy and satisfied, would gladly recommend him to my friends. Thank you, Ramon and Nature Care Tree Specialist! They removed two 50+ foot tall trees near our home in a tricky location that required chopping up the trees into smaller bits and lowering them individually by rope. They were on-budget, on-time, and far faster than their initial time estimate of 2 weeks (done in 1 week). A team of 5 were at our home every day for 6 days and got it all done. Super professional, courteous, kind to our neighbors, and great quality of work all around. A+ rating, would work with them again."

"A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. Their insurance was current and complete so that helped my nervousness:) The crew arrived on time and had the tree removed by noon. I was very impressed and highly recommend A&Y for tree removal. They left the worksite clean and split the rounds and stacked the wood for me (I wanted it for firewood). I felt the price was fair and the customer service was excellent.
