We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. He was polite and did a nice, clean job. Remaining tidy during a house project was important to her. The only miss was that he forgot to turn the hot water angle stop back on."
