"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city. "Patrick and his crew did a great job for us. We had several plumbing issues and decided to replace all the water lines in our 60 year old forever home. In diagnosing a knocking sound Patrick discovered a builder defect and our gas line was compromised in several places. He and his crew replaced the water lines and gas line, replaced our 15 year old water heater that was failing and completed all the jobs on our repair list (replumb refrigerator, add pressure regulator to the main supply line). He did such a great job rebuilding the plumbing for the laundry area, basically rebuilding the wall, and I never thought it would look so good in my lifetime! They protected our floors and respected our property and wasted no time completing a large job. We have never seen any contractor clean up after a job as thoroughly as they did.
