In diagnosing a knocking sound Patrick discovered a builder defect and our gas line was compromised in several places. He and his crew replaced the water lines and gas line, replaced our 15 year old water heater that was failing and completed all the jobs on our repair list (replumb refrigerator, add pressure regulator to the main supply line). He did such a great job rebuilding the plumbing for the laundry area, basically rebuilding the wall, and I never thought it would look so good in my lifetime! They protected our floors and respected our property and wasted no time completing a large job. We have never seen any contractor clean up after a job as thoroughly as they did. He advised me that the parts should still be under warranty, which I hadn’t even considered since my water heater was almost 5 years old. He ordered the parts from the manafacturer on speaker phone so I could hear the entire transaction. They verified my information and sent the parts to my home at no cost. They arrived the following morning. He had already e-mailed me an invoice for the service and an estimate to complete the job, with the service call deducted from the total cost of the job. He gave me his business card and kept me informed every step of the way. This is now my go-to company for any future plumbing needs."
