He arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and after further inspection was able to determine that no repair was needed! Just an adjustment fixed the issue. He was able to pinpoint the problem, schedule us immediately, and we did not have to trench our entire driveway. "Marco is amazing! Our water heater was leaking and we had no idea how long it had been going on, so we were very concerned. We contacted Home Advisor and Marco called us within minutes. He was here in less than 2 hours. The price was reasonable and he explained everything very clearly. He was back in less than 2 hours with all the parts and a new water heater. Install was completed 2 hours later. Who would have thought you could get that kind of same day service!! I called a couple of other plumbers before contacting Home Advisor, and still have not heard back from them. :( Marco owns a small family business so not only do I recommend him for his price, response time and super friendly customer service, but it feels great to support a small business instead of a big box store.
