Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. "Christian Cornes replaced two leaking hose bibs at our home on a Friday, I think he was here 2 hrs after I began looking for plumbers on Angi. He was done in an hour. He noticed the sprinkler valves were leaking. He followed up on Monday and we asked him to take care of that. He came in about 45 min and repaired that issue as well. Excellent service!!"
