Very responsive. Called one day and got a quote and tankless water heater was installed the next day. A miracle especially during Covid with all the other home improvement delays we are experiencing. Doug is very knowledgeable even if I had to ask him to dummy it down for me a couple of times. Price was competitive and service was outstanding.

Doug got back to me on a weekend when other firms I called did not. He was very honest and worked with me through numerous text messages to diagnose the issue. We had agreed on a reasonable price to fix the unit when Doug texted me back asking me to watch a you tube video to see if I could reset the unit myself. He said it was worth taking a chance so I did and it worked! Problem fixed. I offered Doug $100 for his time and expertise, but he said no thanks. He was glad to help. While I did not have any work done I give Doug and the Hot Water Heater Company 5 stars for honesty, expertise and willingness to spend their valuable time helping me get our hot water back. If my unit eventually breaks I will be calling them to do the repair.

Doug examined the water heater. Described the issue clearly. Recommended a replacement since a repair was next to impossible (leaking from bottom of water heater). Estimate given (if a replacement was needed, prior to work being done) was for all work and parts so nothing else was added on. Work was done in a few hours on the day of the call. Just great! Personable and friendly to interact with. Definitely would hire again if needed.
